I looked around for more info, but I just couldn’t find enough that felt clear or reassuring. It didn’t really make me feel safe using the service, it just didn’t seem all that reliable to me

"Decent cleaning, but the service felt cold"
The cleaning itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the customer service made the whole experience feel a bit off. The person at the front barely looked up when I came in and seemed kind of annoyed when I asked a couple of simple questions. I also got the same vibe over email, like I was getting replies from robots instead of an actual person. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely didn’t feel warm or welcoming.

They did come out and clean it, so I thought the problem was finally handled, but by the very next day the odor was back. It’s frustrating because I feel like I’m stuck dealing with the same issue all over again after paying for it to be fixed.

I’ve had some decent visits here, and when they get it right, it’s good. But the problem is it never seems to be the same twice, every time I go, the result is different, and I’m kind of tired of guessing what I’m going to get. I still think there’s potential, but I really wish they’d be more consistent...

I got my clothes back clean and right on time, so I can’t really complain about the service itself. Everything was handled fine. For me, though, the price felt a little high for what I got. It wasn’t a bad experience, but next time I’ll probably look around a bit and see if there’s better value somewhere else.

I’ve used Tide Dry Cleaners TX a couple times now for some shirts and a jacket, and yeah, it’s been good. Nothing came back with that weird cleaner smell, which I really appreciate, and everything looked fresh. One of my white shirts still had a tiny little mark on the cuff, but it was way better than before. The pressing was neat too, not like absolutely perfect, but definitely good enough for me. Overall, I’d use them again. I’d give it 4 stars since the cleaning is solid, just not totally flawless every single time.

One of my items went missing, and dealing with it was frustrating. I kept asking for updates, but just got vague replies and no real fix. Felt like no one wanted to take responsibility. Mistakes happen, but the follow-up was bad. I won’t be going back
"Pricing Should Be Upfront"
I went on the site just trying to get a basic idea of what dry cleaning would cost, but the pricing was really unclear. i don’t think customers should have to call just to find out simple prices. Maybe they explain everything later, but it felt kind of hidden to me, and that doesn’t sit right. I’d rather go with a cleaner that’s upfront about costs so there aren’t any awkward surprises when you pick your clothes up

"Pretty decent overall, just a little clunky here and there"
I used the app to book my order and it mostly did what I needed it to do. The website was easy enough to get around, and the pickup time showed up clearly online, so that part was fine. I was on my phone and noticed a couple pages took longer to load than I expected, but nothing that completely stopped me. The service at pickup was okay too. I just had to poke around for a bit to find my order status, and the app updates came through later than I would’ve liked. Not a bad experience, but the online part could feel a bit smoother

"Stains were still noticeable"
I dropped off two shirts that had food and coffee stains, hoping they’d come back at least looking a bit better. To be fair, the pickup process was easy and the staff were friendly enough, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was bad.
That said, the main stains were still really easy to see, and one shirt looked like not much had been done to it. I get that some stains can be stubborn, but for the price, I expected a better effort or at least a heads-up that they might not come out. I probably wouldn’t go back here for stain removal.

This place was just too far out for me, and the parking situation was annoying on top of that. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but it almost felt like they set it up that way on purpose to test how badly you really want to go there.

In my experience, the staff was friendly and easy to deal with, but I wasn’t really happy with how my pants turned out. They came back a bit uneven and still felt too loose on me. I personally expected the alterations to be more polished.

I kept having to follow up, and even then it didn’t really seem like anyone was that interested in actually fixing the problem. Maybe I’m not wrong for expecting better service, right? The prices seemed fair to me . Not the absolute cheapest place around , but definitely worth it . They told me the cost upfront , my clothes came back clean , and there weren’t any random extra charges . I was happy with the whole experience .

I used Tide Dry Cleaners in TX the actual cleaning was fine. My clothes came back okay, no complaints on that part. The rough part was more the communication. After I dropped everything off, I didn’t really hear much, so I ended up having to call and check for myself to see if my stuff was ready. The staff was polite when I talked to them, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. I just think they could explain the process a little better or send clearer updates. Overall, it was okay, just kind of average for me.
